We started out small with Karen, owner of pure delish, wanting to make some extra cash for her family at Christmas. She decided to roll up her sleeves, follow her passion for baking, and set out on a mission to make a Christmas Cake that had a bit more of a modern twist than that offered at the time. This modest beginning has led us to where we are today, an innovative and passionate company producing a wide range of products including, 7 different breakfast cereals, snack bars, cookies, slabs and last but not least the famous pure delish Christmas Cakes!
While our range has grown immensely, what hasn’t changed one iota is our integrity. Not just in our food, but in every facet of our business; from our use of top-end ingredients, to our desire to make amazing products with fantastic health benefits but only if we don’t have to sacrifice taste! Through to our belief in employing talented people over automated machinery, to hand making and hand packaging each product using only the bare minimum processing. These are the things that firmly set us apart.
At the heart of our company is our team. We have a fantastic team of people who bring life, plenty of attitude and laughter to our production facility each and every day. Our kitchens are manned by real hands, real people (with contstant competition over which radio station we should be tuned into!) – there’s not a factory robot in sight. We are a melting pot of cultures and experience and we’re sure that this is the secret ingredient that takes our products from amazing to unrivalled.
At pure delish we don’t cut corners. Instead we jam-pack our products with real ingredients such as the ones you would find in most home kitchens. Our customers, like us, are passionate and savvy; they like to know what’s in their food and where it has come from; they seek out quality foods that are unique, healthy and downright delicious. Their feedback constantly reminds us that our ‘real’ approach to business and commitment to going the extra mile is a winning formula.
