I was not expecting this to work, but it does. It helps to calm baby's active mind. We plan to take it with us on the trip.

On reflection - Excellent
Initially I thought the powder was a waste of money and made no difference at all. Decided there was no way I would perservere for two months as suggested. Thought I would use up the pack and stop BUT after forgetting to use it for two nights and both nights poor sleep tried again and have slept well every night since. The taste is pretty average and the gritty residue if you leave it to stand before drinking off putting. best to prepare and drink quickly before it settles. Worth it!! A good nights sleep is preceless. I am using in conjunction with drops. I will continue for the two months now.
