  • Does as it says on the bottle


    I'm a full-time working mum, whose 18 month old wakes a lot. Sleep deprivation is not fun when you have to focus at the office. I hate relying on too much coffee so I take several drops of these in the morning on the way out the door. I find they really perk me up, reduce groggy sleepy feeling, and revive me ready for the day ahead. If a 3pm slump hits I take them again. Highly recommend



  • Initially impressive


    I got this for a very good friend, initially she said it was awesome and she slept really well for a few nights, then reverted back to what she had been like, but like she said, it was early days and she may need to keep trying for a month to get back that initial good response.
    She was happy that it didn't make her feel at all "drugged up", as that was something she really didn't want!
    I think huge potential to really help.

    Unfortunately this product had no affect on our 8 month old. Little disappointed, but every child is different.
