Brain & Nervous System

The central nervous system is made up of the brain and spinal cord. Together they both help coordinate everything that happens within your body - from breathing, the digestion process and sleeping, to your heartbeat and muscle movements. Your brain is the central control hub, while your spinal cord is the main expressway that transmits messages (information) to and from your peripheral nervous system and the brain.

As well as a balanced lifestyle, supplying the brain with the nutrients it needs to perform optimally is vitally important. Although humans are designed to handle small amounts of stress, chronic stress is a major factor in wearing down our normal resilience and homeostasis (maintenance of internal conditions in a balanced, stable and relatively constant state).

We may experience health concerns such as memory problems, have difficulty with concentration and learning, feel anxious or constantly tired. Sometimes we need a little help to get back on track and you may find taking a natural supplement can assist.

    My partner and I both take this product magnesium 800, We would not be without it ans we both suffer from cramps. We also have a great sleep, neither of us would be without it.

    Have been using this product for almost a year and I noticed a big difference when I slipped back to a straight magnesium product as I found a spare bottle in a cupboard. I hit a really stressful patch with loads of pain due to frozen shoulder and sleep was not s good as it should have been I take a half dose(one cap) to help me off to sleep without it Im lost for hours reading a book. Far better than the GPs idea of sleeping pills once or twice a week to get a good nights rest. Other benefits have been the lack of cramps in my toes and feet during the night as well can well do with out those eye watering wake ups.
