    we have always had fish oil but when our son was diagnose with dyslexia we up to krill oil and haven't looked back. Have tried other products but this is the best for us has it is a small sized capsule, easier to swallow.

    I stopped taking Statins, as I hate the side effects of them. My Cholestrol has always been v high, but are managing with these and a fairly strict diet.



  • How I use my favourite coconut oil daily.

    I can't recommend this product highly enough. I melt a tablespoon of it in a little hot water and mix in my seeds and banana and berries (often dried blueberries or cranberries ) for my daily breakfast.
    May I also mention that the wide neck opening of the jar is most convenient. ..
