    Taking one in the morning and one at night plus the sleep remifemin
    My hot flushes have really subsided
    It took a couple of weeks for this to take effect

    I put a few drops of this on our pillows and find that we both sleep a lot better. I also find that we snore less.....well he does....I don't believe I snore and he is not writing the review so we will just leave it at that....lol. It really is a great product and the smell is gentle on the nose.

    I am very pleased with this product. I feel much more relaxed during the day and am going to sleep (and staying asleep) at night, consequently I am a much nicer person to be around - according to my husband! I haven't suffered any side effects, I take 150mg in the morning which gives me a calm day then when I go to bed the melatonin clicks in and hey presto!. I certainly recommend 5-HTP.
