Eczema is a problem affecting many people around the world, causing dry, scaly, itchy plaques on the skin that can be prone to infection if irritated and scratched too badly. These areas may start as a small area and then expand to cover much of the body if not controlled properly, causing serious discomfort as well as being unsightly. Despite being a condition with topical symptoms, its underlying cause is related to the functioning of the immune and digestive systems, and as such improving the health of these will often assist with the alleviation of the condition itself.
A good diet rich in antioxidants, gelatin, vitamins A and C and zinc may help support the health of the skin and immune systems, and probiotics are increasingly popular for the prevention and relief of this irritating complaint.
Topical products to help eczema include gentle soothing and repear creams, balms and even an eczema mask, such as the manuka honey mask from Manuka Health.
Great for dry skin
I bought this for my lovely lady and have been using it too.
We both like the beach and outdoors, this balm is great for preventing dry skin and skin cracks on lips, face, nose.
Very happy with product :-)
Perfect for sensitive skin
I have rosacea and very sensitive skin and this lotion has been amazing in keeping all the flushing and redness down. It doesn't irritate, isn't greasy and soaks in quickly.
Amazing for bubs if you use it right
Use more as a preventative for nappy rash
So whilst young apply every nappy moving towards just at night
Smother you little treasure where ever they could chafe (sorry spelling?) or where they are red or dry.
Great also for the armpits or. Behind ears where it gets manky
Love this product!!!
