- Outstanding Review by Stefanie
The easiest and best form of iron supplement I've ever taken. Easy to share with my kids in their juice too.

This product is the best iron supplement i have ever tried. I am always tired (having fibromyalgia for years) but taking Spatone definitely gives me more enthusiasm & energy.

- Never disappointed Review by Julie
Now on my fourth (or fifth?) box this product is outstanding in that the iron hit is almost instantaneous and I believe it is superior to the Dr prescribed iron tablets as there are no nasty side effects. Since having a baby I have been unable to maintain my iron stores and take one Spatone daily plus another one in the afternoon if I feel I need a 'pick-me-up' or feel tired and run down.

- Helped me to boost my iron level quickly Review by Kamilla
I heard good feedback from the friend of mine about that product. I always had low iron level (anemia). I was so used to that reality that you had to take a bunch of iron supplement pills and wait for a weeks to feel the difference. In my case spatone nailed it in 3-5 days - I became more energetic and it was easy to wake up in the morning. I'm taking it as a course ones in 4-6 months, or when need it.

- Amazing! Review by Jess
Spatone iron is honestly the best form of iron i have taken. As a person who suffers from Chrons my iron levels have always been quite low. I can definitely say after starting Spatone I feel like a complete different person. It's incredibly easy to take though has a very metallic taste so taking it with a glass of juice makes it that much easier. If you are experiencing low iron levels this stuff is the way to go. I had been prescribed iron tablets from the doctor but after only taking two and noticing side effects I decided to jump on Spatone. Best decision I could have made :)

- Definitely Recommend Review by Silver
Only been taking it for two days now and I feel much better, It does have a very metallic taste so you should definitely drink it with fruit juice. Much better than the iron tablets prescribed by my doctor.

- Awesome Product Review by Julie
My 9 year old son was low in iron & often getting run down & sick. He takes other supplements, but I found once he started taking 1 Spatone each morning in his juice, he hasn't been sick for a long time, not even a cough or cold. He doesn't even know he is taking it, mixed in with his juice & the results have been amazing. Totally recommend this product.

- helpful during pregnancy Review by Rosemary
My iron levels are never brilliant, but when I'm pregnant they are abysmal. My midwife reccomended I try spatone at about 20weeks and I've been taking two per day since and my iron levels have stabilised and then increased. which also means that I've had energy to play with my sons! Double win :) worth the money for me, though of course I'd prefer it to be cheaper! Hehe :D

- Not completely adequate Review by Rosemary
I thought I'd write a review with some specific feedback that may help others similar to me, so here goes! I have suffered from low iron levels for about 8 years. I have 2 children. I have gone through stages of supplementing with 'conventional' iron tablets/liquid to bring it up, but the level of iron stores only got up to about 56. At my lowest I was 16. I had a blood test about 3 months ago and iron stores were at 34. I supplemented with Spatone (1 sachet in the morning with juice before breakfast), and continued eating red meat etc. Recently I got the levels re-tested and they had dropped to 25. Obviously one sachet a day was not enough to help start building up my iron stores! Maybe if I had taken 2 sachets a day (though a little costly at $1 a sachet), it might have made more of a difference, but I don't think it would have made my iron stores go up a long way. My iron deficiency is caused by menorrhagia. So I have decided to pay the $200 and get an iron infusion next week to get my iron stores up to ideally 150. Then after 2 wks I'm going to give 'Gentle Iron' (Solgar product) a go to see if that will maintain my iron at a healthy level. It has a different form of iron that's non-constipating and easy to absorb (also available on Healthpost). I will be giving the rest of my spatone sachets to my kids, as I think they will really benefit from them. Getting back to a healthy iron level is so important as it affects so many things in your body if it is deficient!
