Hard to tell when having many other treatments for ++ muscle spasms, but I think the nights I forgot to take it they were worse.
All other magnesium supplements give me swollen feet and calves. I can take the full dose of this with no problems. This and vitamin b2 has definitely helped my migraines. Well worth the extra Money for me.
Since my early teens I have had severe night cramps in my calf muscles, sometimes to the extent that it was difficult to walk the next day. Magnesium made a huge difference but I found that different products were more or less effective at easing this. This product has been great - I now have one or two instances of cramps a year NOT one - five instances per night! :-) And the cramps I do have are easily stretched out, with little side effects the next day.
