I have taken this for some time now until recently when i ran out (2 months ago). I realised that once again names and certain things were again becoming slippery in my memory. Am just about to order more!!

  • helped with fullness in my ears

    star

I brought Tebonin from a pharmacy to see if it helped with my ear problem. Which I was getting popping and a blocked feeling in my ears.
It seemed to work and I took 2 a day for a week. Whether it was a coincidence I don't know but they did clear. I still get a low ringing noise but that doesn't bother me much compared to the blocked up feeling. I have since purchased another box for my daughter who is having memory problems and brain fog after getting over severe depression. Hoping this will also help her with brain function and getting better circulation in her feet to. Will post another review on how that goes. :)

  • We were delighted & surprised when we compared notes

    star

My partner and I both started taking Cognizin at the same time, at the recommended introductory dose. After 14 days or so we commented that each of us were finding our usually taxing administrative work tasks were much easier to cope with and that we both were able to complete complex written work in one hit, instead of it dragging on for ever over days! That's when we clicked for the first time that the Cognizin was making all the difference. Clear headed, even when tired, my brain can operate better than it has in a long long time. Both in our mid-sixties, this is a heartening experience, as I think we each were thinking we were in a downward age-related spiral!!! We will be continuing to take Brain Boost. Definitely.
