  • helps polymyalgia

    star

Polymyalgia is an extremely painful complaint. The usual treatment is prednisone, a steroid. Since this weakens the bones, had to stop taking it after a leg broke. . Not many months after the polymyalgia had returned in full force. A doctor friend recommended Go CoQ10 400 mg. When I was sceptical she gave a bottle. She advised persevere at least three weeks. After this time there had been a mild but definite improvement, enough to encourage me to buy another bottle.
Am now on my third large (60 caps) bottle. It is working! I can turn over in bed, get out of it and some chairs, and dry myself after a shower. Three months ago attempting any of these things caused me to involuntarily scream. Life was sheer pain-riddled misery.. Usually polymyalgia worsens in winter - but not this year.
Go CoQ10 may be an answer for other polymyalgia sufferers unable to take steroids. It seems to work slowly but unlike steroids it is a natural ingredient. It doesn't cause weight gain either. I wouldn't be without it.

In 2000 my naturopath recommended Q10 for my debilitating CFS condition n ever since coming out of it, I'm taking about 300mg daily with other supplements to help me stay on top of this CFS as I'm still predisposed to it. Thanks for making this supplement affordable.

This is a supreme oil. Smooth with a very nice coco-nutty taste. Price is also good.
