Had high hopes
Every year I get slammed by hayfever, affecting my eyes severely. I've been taking Solgar Quercetin daily for a couple of months but in last few days I've had severe hayfever symptoms and I'm back on antihistamines and medicated eye drops. The Quercetin may have held my hayfever at bay but it's not effective now.
Solgar Quercetin Complex for Allergy
A friend suggested I try these for a persistent cough that I'm pretty sure is due to some sort of allergy but haven't figured out what.
She said it helped her.
Nothing to lose so been taking for 3 months now. Definitely not coughing anywhere near as much but hasn't cured completely.
Worthwhile taking these to help though.
I researched various supplements for seasonal allergy and chose this one last year. I usually suffer pretty bad, permanently sniffing with sore runny eyes. I was very pleased with the result from Quercertin - much reduced symptoms making Spring enjoyable for once. I have just bought a large bottle again.
