Too hard to swallow
I tried taking these several times, but started dreading them, as they're incredibly hard to swallow. Would be lovely if they could make them in a capsule!
I have tried melatonin and 5HTP in the past with very little success, but have found the Go Sleep Support to work really well. I have found taking 1 tablet half an hour before bed to be effective, but would try 2 tablets if I was really struggling with sleep. I totally recommend them!
Go Healthy Go Sleep Support is an excellent product - the particular mix of ingredients really work for me. I take one capsule each night about a half an hour before bed time - If I wake up during the night, I just take one more capsule, and that will usually do the trick. Every three months I stop taking the capsules for one month, otherwise they become less effective. I use these capsules in combination with the practice of a little bit of mindfulness meditation, and when necessary, a little bit of self taught cognitive behavioural therapy.
