    I love the rich manuka honey taste in this apple cider vinegar. I've not been able to stand other brands because they are so bitter, but this one is lovely with the honey and I can take it straight off the spoon!

    I take ACV many times per day - generally just before food - this helps even out my blood sugar levels. It also helps digest a heavy meal, or a high carb meal. I also take it if my blood sugars drop - this takes away the "shakes". I take it every morning on an empty stomach before the gym for that burst of energy. I never get sick. This is a fantastic product. I take it everywhere with me. Highly recommend this for wonderful overall health.

    I love this brand of apple cider vinegar! It's much less acidic tasting than others I've tried, and is easy to drink diluted in a glass of water. The fact that it is also organic is a bonus! Highly recommended!
