The term in the natural health and food industries “organic” means that insecticides, pesticides and other potentially harmful chemicals are restricted or completely avoided in the food production process. Choosing to use organic products is a smart choice. Not only does it makes sense to reduce exposure to these chemicals that are regularly used in commercial agriculture, but organic foods may contain a higher nutrient value and even taste better!

Organic Foods Info

Everyone can benefit from natural organic foods but children and pregnant or nursing mothers benefit most from nutrients for normal growth, development and well-being that are free of toxins.

Since the organic foods are often richer in minerals such as magnesium, iron and calcium, they offer you a source of goodness to stay healthy and vibrant.

Certified Organic Chia Seeds come loaded with vital nutrients like omega 3, omega 6 and potassium. Sprinkle the seeds raw on your porridge or mix it with your smoothie to boost your energy levels and aid your digestive system.

Product Reviews

  • MY GO TO ....

    star

I use this product for everything even for pets ... cooking, in smoothies, add to dogs dinner, toothpaste, deodorant, face moisturiser/sun-screen (SPF 4-5), natural flea repellent for dogs, great anti-fungal for hot spots on dogs, prickly heat rashes and under-arm rashes, great for healing burned mouth from eating too hot foods, toothache, cracked and burning lips ... and the list goes on.
