Minerals

Whilst minerals are absolutely essential to the function of the human body, many of us are severely lacking in a number of them. Selenium, iodine and zinc deficiencies are particularly rife in New Zealand, as our soils are naturally low in these nutrients and monoculture-style farming progressively strips land of these and other essential minerals. This means the food we eat is much lower in minerals than it should be, and we in turn may end up with deficiencies, even if we eat a diet rich in organic whole foods.

HealthPost’s range of minerals covers not only the major minerals such as magnesium, calcium, iron, iodine and zinc, but a number of multi-mineral products including numerous trace minerals, in various formats and a variety of forms – from capsules and liquids to topical sprays and gels, there is something to suit every person and every need.

  • Magnesium sleep products are normally no good for my tummy, But Sleep Science is awesome

    star

I have prescriptions for sleeping tablets and melatonin... but the best sleep I have is taking Sleep Science.
Normally mag sleep products upset my tummy and my sleep is worse. I was very uncertain about taking this but I was given free samples and took two for the first 4 nights then dropped down to one.
I just bought my first packet as Ive had the best two weeks sleep. It most definitely gave you that relaxed sleeping feeling and when I woke during the night my anxiety about work didn't creep in and I was able to fall back to sleep easily instead of lying there awake.

The ingredients don't seem anything special but they work and I'm not going to argue with that.

Give them a go... as you can tell I was pleasantly surprised.

  • Very good

    star

I tried the Go Hormone Harmony for one month and wasnt sure if I noticed much difference. So I stopped. I then noticed the difference! This product has helped to take the edge of menopausal symptoms by stabilizing mood, irritability and used with the Go Meno-Free has reduced hot flushes. Neither product eliminates symptoms but they do help and I have tried a number of products these have been the best. I do agree with other comments they do have to be taken regularly for better results. May not suit everyone but definately worth a try.

  • Easy to open and mix if needed

    star

We have found this to be our favourite magnesium citrate. For those who have trouble swallowing capsules/pills -- the contents of these capsules mix easily with liquid and have no taste.
