    I've bought this for my husband a couple of times and both times he seems to have noticed a significant improvement in his energy levels, so we will continue buying this particular B complex. My husband takes one in the morning and one at lunch. He has been through chemo recently and thus suffers from fatigue. We have also been impressed by Healthpost customer service and prompt delivery.
