Vital

Vital have been producing healthy green foods since 2000, when a pair of Sydney naturopaths saw a need for an easy, healthy means of getting extra vegetables into the growing number of clients they saw suffering poor digestion.

Vital Greens was the original 78-ingredient formulation they designed, containing a range of whole food plant and vegetable powders alongside essential fatty acids, alkalising pea protein, probiotics, vitamins and minerals, ideal for those with compromised digestive health or people simply wanting a convenient way of getting their five a day.

Vital Protein and Vital Kids are more recent additions to the range, providing clean, alkalising pea protein for support during times when requirements may be higher, and a child-friendly powder that tastes great, perfect for supporting the nutritional needs of even the fussiest of eaters.

All Vital powders are ideal for adding to your morning smoothie, or can be taken mixed into water or juice for a deliciously easy nutritional boost.

This stuff definitely isn't as good as what it used to be, you can even notice the taste.

Cyanocobalamin is NOT good for you ... Methylcobalamin is what one should be taking for B12

Better off sticking to whole sources such as Wheatgrass, Chlorella or Spirulina

I found this to be pleasant tasting and easy to drink. It mixed best and quickly with a hand blender.

I loved this. As a person that's constantly watching weight (creep up!) I know my diet could leave lots to be desired. I find eating many greens as whole vegetables leave me feeling sick these days as i near 60. Perhaps my bodys way of saying I'm sick of this stuff after 40 years! I added this product to a smoothie and felt was sneaking greens that way. I will probably keep using it, but my body is missing something as i got the biggest cold sores around my mouth... without having a cold. So it's not quite giving the boost needed that a multi does.
