    Disappointed to find the hardened over sized capsules, to then open a couple up and find very minimal product inside the capsule. Will not buy again.

    I've been taking Slimfast Garcinia Cambogia for two weeks now. I have only been taking 1 capsule each morning.

    I have not had any change in fat loss. What I have had, is headaches! Daily headaches that require medication (I normally only medicate if they get really bad).

    However, I have decided that I will push on and trial 2 capsules a day for the next two weeks to see if have any changes in regards to fat loss (the main reason I'm taking it) but if the headaches then get worse, I will call it a day.

    Supports appetite management - maybe. I've been taking it in the morning and my desire for breakfast is maybe even less than normal. Will start taking it before lunch or dinner as well and see how that plays out
    Supports healthy metabolism - no change noticed
    Supports digestive function - I've not noticed anything here. Maybe it's helping, maybe it's not
    Supports healthy cholesterol levels - can't comment
    Supports optimal lean muscle mass - I'm still flabby! haha! But no, I can't comment on any noticeable change here
    Helps to manage cravings - I can't say that this really has changed my cravings

    I've tried a different brand of Garcinia Cambogia in the past that also had no results. I'm not convinced that this ingredient lives up to its hype.

    Also worth noting is that I have thyroid disease (hypothyroidism) and so this may affect how this product works for me.
