My brother had a virus that hung around for months dragging him down. I suggested he try this Lifestream Vitamin C. The virus cleared up and he is still taking it as it has made a difference to his overall health.

This is the only vitamin C I buy as I do not like the synthetic vit c. I Put 2 capsules a day in my morning smoothie plus the grandchildren get them.

I LOVE this product and have been using it for years. Having found Health Post and it being so much cheaper than in the chemists or health shops (thanks guys), I have been taking this Vitamin C regularly for coming up to seven years. Being a cancer survivor it gives me reassurance I am gettingh the goodies I need, without all the synthetic waffle often found in other vitamin C supplements. I have even recommended it to others overseas and they also have been very happy with the product. Buying this through Health Post makes it much more affordable for people and knowing it is a top product from a well respected company helps.
PS Lifestream also do a very good magnesium product - just saying!

Easy to take doesn't upset tummy. We didn't get effected by colds or sniffles over the winter. Even the pollen of the wattle trees don't effect us. So this is my second time I ordered two big jars. Very satisfied plus good and pleasant service.

The reason I love this Vit C is that it is plant based & doesn't come from crushed 'rock'. I did my research & this is the best I've found, with a great absorption rate.
