Directions
Boil: 1-1.5 teaspoon of herb per cup of water for 10-15 minutes. Cool, strain and drink. Take two to three times daily.
Precautions
- Not to be taken during pregnancy or lactating, or by anyone with high blood pressure, liver disease, heart disease or kidney failure.
- May cause allergic reactions in some susceptible individuals.
- Please consult the practitioner for any health problem or if taking medications before consuming.
- Long term use is not recommended.
