Started taking these twice a day two weeks ago - had been feeling very low, depressed and cheerless. I am seeing a difference already and not being as overwhelmed by life as I had been. I am also taking remifemin, black cohosh, st john's wort, and REM sleep. The combination is working for me and I am very pleased. I'm tackling menopause, hot flushes, broken sleep, and depression - lavender oil on my pillow at night helps too.
