    Trying to be healthy eating wise and going with the oats option, spoon of this and it's like eating a bowl of chocolate which is good as oats is like cardboard by itself. Also add to my protein shakes and dominates the flavour which is good when you be adding those non dairy milks.
    It's healthy so it's like a cheat with all that healthy crap that tastes bland/ bad. ^_^

    I feel the difference after taking this and am pleased that I can have veges more than once or twice a day, it's great when you're not really feeling hungry, knowing you're still getting nutrition in.
