    Have been taking these for two weeks now with a steady weight loss being up to 100-130 grams a day. I have only been taking two a day though at this stage so my body can adjust slowly and am more than happy with the rate of weight loss. My cravings have almost stopped and noticed I'm not as hungry at meal times. Did get a gurgly tummy for the first week but things have settled now and very happy with the results. I have started exercising more and seen to have plenty of energy to get me through. Would recommend for those who are looking at a steady weight loss but not at a rapid rate. I guess taking three a day would make a huge difference to this though.

    I have been using these now for about a month now and I can definitely say they are working for me , I have one in the morning about 11 am before lunch and another at 4 pm before dinner , the cravings have gone I don`t eat junk food or feel like it I have too . I stick to three meals a day , breakfast , lunch and dinner I have lost 6kg so far and my goal is another 24 kg , roughly just over a kilo a week , I have been feeling great low/med exercise , I weight 136kg now from 144kg ... I just brought another two bottles to keep supplies up, but for 25 a month its so worth while to try. An all natural ingredients
