Herbal Tea Benefits

Nature provides all we need to not only survive, but thrive; and in some herbs we find nature’s helping hand for reviving our wellbeing. For example, ginger or peppermint tea may help with digestive processes, while others like chamomile tea can be calming and may promote a restful sleep. Sipping a cup of echinacea tea sweetened with a teaspoon of manuka honey (if desired) could be of great benefit during change of season or winter ills and chills.

When you savour a hot herbal infusion, you’re not only brewing a herbal tea, but also combining aromatherapy at the same time! Check out our other healthy foods for you too.

Product Reviews

  • Refreshingly healthy drink

    star

This drink has a deep rich and fruity flavour, as a healthy alternative to ordinary tea.
It contains polyphenols like tannins and flavonoids, which act as antioxidants in your body .
It's just great to get the extra bioflavonoids, especially as the winter flu season is approaching.
Thank you Red Seal for not adding any further flavour enhancers to this wonderful natural product.

Always used these teas but had to travel a bit to buy them. This is easy and doesnt take long to get to me. I do feel like my inside has been cleansed. Great tea.

  • Soothing tea

    star

I take this after lunch every day and it is a calming and soothing drink. I take it to help digestion and strengthen my immune system and have noticed I have less pain in my joints, in particular my elbows. Maybe this is because ginger is suppose to help inflammation. I will be ordering more.
