The simplest way to make a smoothie is to chop up fruit, put it into a base of a water, dairy or nut milk, add some nuts, seeds, oats, or leafy green vegetables, and blend. However, there are many other things you can add to take your smoothie to the next level, often enhancing the flavour in the process. These range from exotic fruits, superfoods and powders, various herbs, protein powders and more.

Fermented foods can add a probiotic boost. Green powders may add nutritional value, particularly where green vegetables are out of season or hard to source. Essential fatty acids such as flaxseed or fish oils can add critical macronutrients lacking in many modern diets.

    Absolutely loving this product. It's my 'morning treat' when I get to work. Mixes well, and tastes great in both soy milk and coconut milk (haven't tried in any others yet). Perfect balance of sweet & spice - not too sweet and not too spicy. Who would have thought that something this delicious could be so good for you too!
