The simplest way to make a smoothie is to chop up fruit, put it into a base of a water, dairy or nut milk, add some nuts, seeds, oats, or leafy green vegetables, and blend. However, there are many other things you can add to take your smoothie to the next level, often enhancing the flavour in the process. These range from exotic fruits, superfoods and powders, various herbs, protein powders and more.

Fermented foods can add a probiotic boost. Green powders may add nutritional value, particularly where green vegetables are out of season or hard to source. Essential fatty acids such as flaxseed or fish oils can add critical macronutrients lacking in many modern diets.

    I am on my second tub now and really rate it. I put it in my smoothie and there is no need to take any other vitamins or minerals as it has a full spectrum of what you need. Since I put it in my smoothie then there is no issue with taste or mixing. Good product I recommend!
