Fermented foods include the traditional German fermented cabbage Sauerkraut – raw, organic and deliciously tangy. Sauerkraut is high in beneficial probiotics and makes a great condiment alongside many different meals.     I've been using Waihi Bush Cider Vinegar for quite a while now and I love it. Tastes better than any other brand I've tried and it is a great price with Health Post. I add a tiny bit of baking soda to it (less than a quarter tspn) as I did some research and learned that baking soda combined with Cider Vinegar acts like a "cleaning agent" for minimizing oxidation of the arteries. Works for me ... excellent!

    I had high hopes for this product as I have discovered protein, it helps keep my energy and appetite level throughout my day. I had read about the benefits of fermented protein and was eager to try this product. I can't get past the difficulty in the texture or maybe it's the taste or both. I have difficulty in swallowing the texture as it can stick in my throat, I've tried it in a variety of mixes, I've tried thinning it out, reducing the measurement, etc and it's the same gritty, hard to swallow pasty response.
