Vitamins
Vitamins are a group of compounds critical to human health and wellbeing, that we need to source from food in order to stay healthy. As the human body cannot produce all the vitamins we need to function, the best way to source these nutrients is through a well-balanced diet. While vitamin supplements cannot replace a healthy diet, which should include plenty of fresh fruit and vegetables, for certain people adding a natural supplement to their diet may help with specific nutritional deficiencies.

Improved VitD levels in blood
My Vitamin D levels in my blood were insufficient (22.7 ng/ml) and I have been taking this product every day since mid 2016. After one year, blood tests showed a significant increase in VitD levels in my blood, (44.1 ng/ml) which bumped me up into the desirable range (30-99). Hence, for me this is real proof that the tablets work. It’s great that they are also easy to take, so five stars from me.

Missing Echinacea
Unfortunately I used Lipsomal Vit C to replace Vit C and Echinacea product that i was using and it didn't prevent my cold. I went back to the old product and stopped it in its track. I found it hard to get the lipsomal taken on an empty stomach and 15 mins before food. I live life on the run so hard to remember to take it at correct time

A natural alernative to antibiotics
I was prone to abscesses in my nasal cavity and purchased this product to use instead of ABs - upped the dose to 4 teaspoons on the first day, 3 teaspoons the second, then 2 teaspoons per day for another handful of days and my abscess cleared up without complications. Have continued to use a teaspoon per day to keep my immune system primed and brought with me on a tropical holiday so ward off tummy bugs (successfully - and I have a very sensitive tummy!). No need for doctors, thank you very much!
