Try Kava Kava, but not in pill form.
5th May 2016
After taking up to 4 Vita-Fit kava pills daily, I noticed nothing at all. The one star is for Healthpost's fast delivery; I received the product the following day.
I have since researched Kava Kava online, and the general consensus is that kava pills, or tinctures for that matter, are not effective, with little or no tangible effect.
There is enough testimonials, and a limited number of trials, suggesting that kava can be effective for treating certain conditions.
I suggest, to anyone that might be reading this, to try regular kava kava in root powder form, micronized (instant kava), or possibly
teabags for a mild introduction. Micronized instant kava, can be spooned straight from the bag into your favourite choice of drink.
Order a product that is 30% kavalactones (the active ingredient). A popular or effective dose size is generally 300mg per serving.
