We’re excited to share our new HealthPost website is here.
We’ve listened closely to your valuable feedback and made improvements with you in mind. It’s faster, smoother, and built to make your shopping experience even better - with a whole lot more goodness yet to come.
Let’s get you logged in
We’ve made logging in more secure. Now, instead of a password, you’ll sign in using a secure 6-digit code sent to your email inbox.
Here’s how it works
1. Head to our website to login
2. Enter your email address
3. Check your email inbox for your secure login code
4. Enter the code and you’re in
Helpful tip: Can’t find your code? Check your junk or spam folder.
We’ve also added the option to sign in with Shop or Google for even more ease. However you choose to log in, your account details, order history and Healthy Rewards will be right there waiting for you.
Your Healthy Rewards are right where you left them
Your Rewards balance and loyalty tier haven’t changed. And you’ll continue earning rewards every time you shop.
Once you’ve logged in, head to Your Healthy Rewards page to check your balance and see your current tier.
Ready to redeem your Rewards?
Head to checkout and use our new Rewards selector. Once you click to apply them, your savings will be automatically applied to your order as a code.
Saved payment details and wishlists
As part of the upgrade, saved payment methods and wishlists weren’t able to come across to the new site.
- We’ve added ShopPay too, it’s a quicker way to pay, with fewer steps when you’re restocking your wellness essentials.
- You’ll just need to enter your payment details next time you checkout. To securely save these for future purchases, use Shop Pay as your payment method.
- If you had favourites saved to your wishlist, re-add your go-to goodies to a new list by clicking the heart next to any product once you’re logged in.
Everything else stays just the same – the products you trust, the values you shop by, and your friendly HealthPost team working hard behind the scenes.
