From cosy rituals to winter resilience: Lucy’s 6 seasonal wellness picks

Winter wellness looks different for everyone. Some of us lean into cosy nights and comfort rituals, while others are simply trying to stay energised through busy schedules, early mornings and chilly starts.


I’m definitely a ‘summer person’, but I’m increasingly learning to appreciate the quieter invitations of this more subtle season. Having a few supportive products on hand helps ease the transition into the cooler months, so I’ve pulled together some of my go-to winter wellness picks that might inspire your own routine.


Whether you’re a skincare lover, a busy multitasker, or someone permanently wrapped in a blanket until September, here are a few products I reach for at this time of year.
