Directions

Aches and pains: Add 10 drops to a hot bath. Therapeutic baths should not exceed 15 minutes. Mix 10 drops into 1 tsp Untouched Body cream/oil and rub gently into the affected area. Repeat as required.Muscle relief and warm down: Add 10 drops to a hot bath. Therapeutic baths should not exceed 15 minutes. Mix 10 drops into 1 tsp Untouched Body cream/oil and rub gently into the affected area. Repeat as required.Energising: Circulation Boost - Add 10 drops to a hot bath. Therapeutic baths should not exceed 15 minutes.
