Ceres Organics Ground Turmeric is grown by ‘working with nature’, using no chemical pesticides, herbicides or artificial fertilisers.
It is derived from the edible root of the plant Curcuma longa. Turmeric has long been prized in Ayurveda, where it’s used to balance all three doshas. In fact, its name comes from medieval Latin ‘terra merita’ meaning ‘blessing of the earth’. Today this sacred plant is reaching new levels of awareness and respect.
