I take it before bed every for a good nights sleep and to help with constipation. It is invaluable in our household (even though it takes awful ;-) ) It can be quite expensive but Healthpost make it affordable!"
Bad taste
"I purchased this product purely as I have the same brand, but for a Zinc supplement. I can stomach the taste of it as you just have to put drops on your tongue. The above product is awful tasting even though you mix it with juice. Overpowering and I have to hold my nose to get it down. I'm sure it is a good supplement for magnesium but the taste is just so awful."

Leg Cramps
"This stuff is amazing, I have suffered with leg cramps for years and tried all sorts of magnesium’s but this one is definitely the best!!! I only take 2 mls in half a glass of water (you need enough water to help with the bitterish taste, but you do get used to it) If you do get a bit of cramp in bed it is easy to get out of it without jumping out of bed and screaming the house down."
