Go Healthy Go B Complex - Maximum Potency contains a full spectrum of B Vitamins to help support the health of the nervous system, promoting good mood, mental clarity and providing the body with energy.

NB: In rare instances, excessive, prolonged use of vitamin B6 has been known to cause tingling, burning or numbness. If you experience this, please stop taking this product and see your healthcare practitioner as soon as possible. While we regard this product as generally safe when used as recommended, we advise caution in combining it with other supplements also containing B6. In general, we recommend most people should avoid taking >50mg total supplemental B6 per day on an ongoing basis unless under the advice of a qualified health professional.
