GO Healthy GO Folate & B12 contain bioavailable forms of folate & vitamin B12 to support absorption within the body.

Folate & vitamin B12 are essential nutrients that the body can’t make on its own. Vitamin B12 is usually obtained from animal food sources, supplementation may support the general health and wellbeing of flexitarians, vegetarians, and vegans that have plant-based diets.

Ingredients

Each chewable tablet contains: Folate (as Levomefolate calcium) equiv. to levomefolic acid 300mcgMethylcobalamin (mecobalamin) equiv. to Vitamin B12 50mcgExcipients: Mannitol, Natural Strawberry Flavour, Natural Vanilla Flavour, Sucralose, Magnesium Stearate, Microcrystalline Cellulose.
Directions

Adults: Take 1 chewable tablet, once daily. Can be taken anytime, with food or on an empty stomach, or as directed by your healthcare professional.
