Goodlife Organic Mung Bean Sprouting Seeds are crisp, juicy and have a subtle nutty flavour with high water content. Great for Pad Thai, omelettes, stir frys and noodles dishes. They also make fantastic additions to spring rolls.
Note that Mung are best sprouted in the dark towards the end of growing to encourage long sprouts.
