Designed for busy or active women, this comprehensive formula contains key vitamins and minerals women 50+ commonly need, including B vitamins to support energy, along with nutrients that support bone health such as vitamin D. Antioxidant nutrients including vitamins C and E, plus zinc, support immune health as part of a balanced diet.

With the convenience of a once‑daily tablet taken with food, Healtheries® Women’s Multi 50+ fits easily into an everyday wellness routine, providing a simple, nutritional support to help women feel their best as they age.

Each tablet contains: Vitamin B1 30mg, Vitamin B2 30mg, Nicotinamide 30mg, Pantothenic acid 44mg, Vitamin B6 45mg, Vitamin B12 40mcg, Calcium 43mg, Choline 11mg, Iron 5mg, Folic acid 200mcg, Magnesium 13mg, Boron 500mcg, Zinc 10mg, Selenium 50mcg, Iodine 150mcg, Betacarotene 1mg, Biotin 50mcg, Vitamin C 50mg, Vitamin D3 (200 IU) 5mcg, Vitamin E (27 IU) 20mg, Lutein 1mg, Grape seed ext. equiv. dry 2500mg, Bacillus coagulans 500 million CFU, Colours, Tabletting aids.
Directions

Adults: Take 1 tablet daily with food, or as directed by your healthcare professional.
