With magnesium supports muscle relaxation and soothe nervous tension, plus 5-HTP and passionflower to support a calm mind and body.

Each capsule provides:
Magnesium (as oxide) 270mg
Passionflower herb ext. equiv. dry 400mg
5-HTP (5-Hydroxytryptophan) 100mg
Encapsulating aids (Silicon di oxide, Magnesium sterate)
Formulated without: Gluten, wheat, dairy products, egg, soy, artificial colours, artificial flavours, artificial sweeteners or preservatives.
Directions

Adults take: 1 capsule daily, 1 hour before bedtime.Or as directed by your healthcare professional.
Precautions
  • Always read the label. 
  • Use only as directed. 
  • If symptoms persist, talk to your health professional. 
  • If pregnant, breastfeeding or on medication, consult your healthcare professional before use.
  • Contains 5-HTP which should not be taken with antidepressants, prescription sleep medication or Parkinson's medication.
