Directions

You will need:240 g Choc Brownie Mix (1 pack)2 large eggs160 g unsalted butter (melted)3 Tbsp waterMethod:1. Preheat the oven to 160°C (fan forced). 2. In a bowl, whisk together the eggs and water, then slowly add the melted butter while whisking until smooth.3. Add the Chocolate Brownie Mix and stir until evenly combined.4. Transfer the mixture to a lined or greased 20 x 20 cm baking dish, smoothing the surface.5. Bake for 15–20 minutes, or until the desired firmness is achieved.6. Allow to cool in the dish before slicing. Store in a cool, dry, dark place.
