Directions

You will need:60 g Pancake Mix (1/4 pack)1 egg8 Tbsp waterMethod:1. In a bowl, whisk the water and egg until smooth.2. Add the Waffle & Pancake Mix and whisk until combined. Let the batter rest for 2 minutes.For Pancakes: Heat a well-oiled pan over medium heat, then pour in the batter. Cook until golden, flip, and cook the other side until goldenFor Waffles: Heat a well-oiled waffle press, then pour in the batter. Cook until golden.
