Lifestream Quick Calm is a quick release formula designed to help support healthy function of your nervous system and mental focus, with scientifically researched Bluenesse®, a unique Lemon Balm extract, and Ashwagandha.

This packaging is made of renewable sugarcane plastic which is kerbside recyclable in NZ as #2 plastic.

Ingredients per capsule:

Bluenesse (lemon balm extract melissa officinalis) 300mg

Ashwagandha (withania somnifera) 1500mg

Excipients: Microcrystalline cellulose, magnesium stearate.

Adults: Take 1-2 capsule daily with food.

Alternatively for extra calm support: Take 1 capsule morning and evening with food.

Children 12 years and over: Take 1 capsule daily with food either morning or night.

Not recommended in pregnancy or breastfeeding.
