Fantastic - so easy to dissolve in smoothies! Nice texture.
"This powdered form of chia is so easy to blend into smoothies and gives a smoother thick silky texture when used in puddings. Whole chia seeds are OK but too many usually get stuck on the bottom and sides of the blender , which is a waste . Also whole seeds can give a slightly gritty feel in the mouth if you are not letting things set before using (like overnight oats) - if they don't have time to turn into gel. It is definitely well worth paying the extra for. A must in my daily smoothies."
