Matakana Superfoods Organic Shiitake Mushroom: Shiitake is a mushroom species which can support cellular health and the immune system.
Matakana Superfoods certified-organic shiitake mushroom is processed using dual extraction, cold water propriety technology, to ensure the bioavailability of key compounds from the fruiting body. A ratio of around 12 kg of dried mushroom is used to produce 1 kg of bioactive Maitake powder.
Compared with other general extraction technology, the use of low temperature wall breaking + fractional precipitation technology, ensures the nutrients and various biological activities in the beta glucan component of this mushroom are retained.
