Zinc Citrate Equiv. Elemental Zinc 13mg
Chromium Picolinate Equiv. Elemental Chromium 15mcg

Other ingredients: Natural Flavour, Citric Acid, Malic Acid, Natural Sweetener (Thaumatin), Silica.
Directions

To use: Add 6g (approx. 1 heaped teaspoon) to 100ml (or to taste) of chilled water and stir well. Or get creative and enjoy in a smoothie or frozen into homemade berry ice blocks. Consume once daily and enjoy!
