Each tablet contains:

Magnesium Amino Acid Chelate 500mg Equiv. Magnesium 100mg

Passion Flower (Passiflora Incarnata) ext. equiv. to dry herb 40mg

Croscarmellose sodium

Colloidal anhydrous silica

Magnesium stearate

Also contains: 100% Hypromellose.

Valerian (Valeriana Officinalis) ext. equiv. to dry root 1000mg
Directions

Adults take:1 vege cap daily with food or as directed by your healthcare professional.
