Elecampane has been known for thousands of years as a tonic for the respiratory system, supporting tickly chests and clear airways. Grindelia, mullein and hyssop support mucus removal, soothing tight chests and lungs.

Directions

Adults: Take 5ml (1 metric tsp) up to 5x per day. Swirl in mouth for at least 10 seconds before swallowing for best results. Shake well before use.Children under 12 years of age may take the Me Today Potent Herbal Children's Range.
