"This is an interesting product. I have been searching for a liposomal multivitamin and mineral supplement for a wee while, and this one is 2 capsules per day for 2 months to allow build up on minerals/vitamins. It is early days yet, but feel that the brain fog has lessened. Just got to remember to take with a flat based meal to activate the D3 K2. Excellent is you have the MTHFR gene."
