Description

Naturo Pharm Arnica assists the body’s natural response to shock, injury, fatigue and bruising and aids normal muscle recovery after strenuous exercise or exertion. 

Aids normal defence mechanisms in times of trauma and after surgery. 

Naturo Pharm Arnica also helps the body’s natural ability to cope with long-distance air travel and helps restore normal sleep patterns.

Generally, if you are not 100% sure about the correctness of the preparation, use a lower potency (i.e. 6X - 30c).  Higher potencies (200c - 1M) should be taken only under practitioner advice.

Directions

30c Liquid - Minimum of 20mls, 75 doses

Acute: Use 4 drops per dose orally at 15-minute intervals for up to 6 doses (if required) then 3 times a day as required. 

Chronic: Use 4 drops per dose orally 3 times a day as required.

200c Liquid - Minimum of 20mls, 75 doses

Acute: Use 4 drops per dose orally at 15-minute intervals for up to 6 doses (if required) then 3 times a day as required. 

Chronic: Use 4 drops per dose orally 3 times a day as required.With homoeopathic remedies the product should be taken minimally to support positive change in the body. You may only need a 1 – 2 doses. While it is recommended that 30c homoeopathic products be taken 3 times a day, a 200c should only be taken once per day for 3 days until change is noticed, and then the remedy should be stopped. Repeat the dose if needed. For longer term or more specific support, we recommend discussing the dose with a homoeopath.
Precautions
  • Reduce frequency if symptoms improve and stop use if symptoms are alleviated.
  • Equally, if symptoms persist or worsen, stop taking the remedy immediately and consult your healthcare professional.
