Description

Naturo Pharm Arnica assists the body’s natural response to shock, injury, fatigue and bruising and aids normal muscle recovery after strenuous exercise or exertion. 

Aids normal defence mechanisms in times of trauma and after surgery. 

Naturo Pharm Arnica also helps the body’s natural ability to cope with long-distance air travel and helps restore normal sleep patterns.

Generally, if you are not 100% sure about the correctness of the preparation, use a lower potency (i.e. 6X - 30c).  Higher potencies (200c - 1M) should be taken only under practitioner advice.

Directions

30c Tablets - Minimum of 130 tablets

Acute: Suck then chew 2 tablets per dose orally at 15-minute intervals for up to 6 doses (if required) then 3 times a day as required. Chronic: Suck then chew 2 tablets per dose orally 3 times a day as required.6c

Precautions
  • Reduce frequency if symptoms improve and stop use if symptoms are alleviated.
