With 120mg of caffeine per serve, it provides an energy boost to help enhance workout performance, without added stimulants such as synephrine or yohimbine. Ideal for anyone looking to optimise their training, best taken 15 to 30 minutes before exercise.
Ingredients

Active Blend (Creatine Monohydrate, Beta Alanine, Taurine, Acetyl-L-Carnitine Hydrochloride, Raspberry Ketones), Natural Flavour, Acacia Gum, Acidity Regulator (Malic Acid), Mineral Salts (Calcium Citrate, Magnesium Citrate), Anticaking Agent (Silicon Dioxide), Botanical Extracts (Green Tea, Guarana), Natural Sweeteners (Steviol Glycosides, Thaumatin), Natural Colour (Beetroot), Vitamins (C Ascorbic Acid), E). 

Contains: Caffeine.

Directions

Scoop 3 levelled teaspoons into 375mls of water. Stir well! For optimal results take 15-30mins before a workout.
